Our pool is 100% private. The swimming pool will get cleaned by staff every Monday and Friday at 8:00 AM. No loud music or partying is allowed at any time! There is no need to bring the party home - you have everything you need just outside the door! Smoking is not allowed throughout the property additional charges will apply 5,000THB Please ensure the house is left in the same responsible condition as when you arrived. Avoid littering or causing any damage, as additional fees of 2,000 THB will be imposed for any necessary cleaning or repairs.

The bungalow includes a microwave, kettle for tea and coffee, and a mini-bar fridge. There are numerous excellent local restaurants that are also affordable. A BBQ set can be requested before arrival. If your stay is three days or longer, the BBQ set is complimentary. For shorter stays, there is a fee of 500 THB per use, which covers the stove and essential cooking items.

Our on-site staff is available daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can text me anytime, and I will be available to respond until 9 p.m. local time. I will do my best to answer messages after hours as well. However, if I don't respond immediately, your message will be answered the following morning. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. The swimming pool lights and all exterior lights at the property are on an automated timer, turning on and off throughout the day. Unfortunately, these settings cannot be adjusted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, the interior lights can be controlled at any time of the day.

You will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private swimming pool, ensuring complete privacy. The property features its own entrance, providing you with full seclusion. For stays of 4 days or more, we offer complimentary cleaning every third day. If you prefer daily cleaning, it can be arranged for 1000 THB per session. The Bungalows is equipped with four sets of towels: two large shower towels, two small shower towels, and two colored swimming towels. Fresh towels can be provided for an additional fee of 80 THB per towel. The swimming pool is available for use at any time during the day. Please note that the pool lights are on a timer and cannot be adjusted. Outdoor lights are also non-adjustable, but you can control the indoor lighting through switches inside the property.

Replacement fees for any stained / damaged items upon checkout are as follows (prices in THB):

- Large Towels: 300

- Swimming Towels: 300

- Small Towels: 200

- Bedsheet: 900

- Blanket Cover: 1500

- Pillow Case: 200

- Wine Glass: 350

- Drinking Glass: 200

If you are interested in purchasing the elephant dolls placed on the bed upon arrival, please contact us in advance. Note that an additional fee will apply if any dolls are taken without prior arrangement. The cost of an Elephant Doll is 500 THB.

We recommend downloading the Grab or Bolt app – they work just like Uber. You can easily pin your current location (the property) and book a ride anywhere in the city. These apps also offer food delivery if you’d like to order takeaway. Of course, local taxis are also available if you prefer. Super convenient either way!

Pratumnak is the name of the small hill that serves as a divide between Pattaya to the North and its suburb of Jomtien to the South. Pratumnak Hill is an excellent choice of location if you want to choose a quieter spot as a base for your holiday, but still want to remain close to everything. This property is located close to the beach (300m), local restaurants & taxi's (100m) and Pattaya night life (3kms).
