Utility Usage (Electricity & Water) A daily limit of 50 kWh is included. Electricity is charged separately at 7 THB per kWh if you exceed the allowance. Most guests stay well within the limit by simply turning off the AC, lights, and appliances when not in use—just treat it like your own home. We record the meter readings at check-in and check-out to ensure fairness and help reduce unnecessary energy use. Let’s do our part for the environment! ⸻

• The living area includes a pull-out sofa bed, roughly the size of a king bed. It can comfortably sleep one adult, or two smaller guests if needed.

• Combined with the main bedroom, the space is ideal for up to 3 guests.

• Please use the provided sofa cover when using the pull-out bed to help prevent stains or damage — additional charges may apply if cleaning is required.

• There is a magnetic pull-out curtain located in the middle of the room, separating the kitchen from the living area. This helps reduce cooking smells and adds a bit of privacy. You can pull it from either side and it connects magnetically in the center (as shown in the listing photos). ⸻
